1. Customized Products
• Products that are customized with your logo, brand name, or any personalized design are not eligible for return or refund.
• We encourage you to review the design proof carefully before confirming your order.
2. Damaged or Broken Products
• If your product is damaged or broken at the time of delivery, we will offer a free replacement.
• Please report the issue to our support team within 48 hours of delivery along with photos or videos of the damaged product.
3. Non-Customized Products
• If the product is non-customized (without logo or personalization), you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
4. How to Request a Return or Replacement
• Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos.
